The Brighton Bathroom Company offers a personalised and comprehensive, luxury bathroom design service. Whether you would prefer to arrange an at-home design consultation or an appointment at our luxurious Bathroom & Kitchen showroom, we have designed a clear process that guides you through the entire journey from initial enquiry to your beautifully designed new bathroom seamlessly.

We listen

Contact us by phone or using the contact us icons on our website for an initial chat regarding your project.
Arrange a free design consultation at our showroom, at your home or remotely via Skype or Zoom, if you prefer.
Answer a structured list of questions to ensure we capture every detail of what is important to you.
We discuss and agree a clear budget for your bathroom project.
We arrange to take measurements for your bathroom.
We ask you to share any Pinterest or Houzz boards which will aid us in understanding your tastes and design requirements.

We design

Your designer then works on designing your bathroom with careful consideration to every element including products, tiles, paint colours, finishes to ensure a complete design solution.
We arrange Design Presentation at our showroom where we present design, products and finishes for your project. This includes a Product Mood Board to offer clarity of how the products and finishes work together and as part of the design.
We finalise the design, products and finishes and present a final costing for your project including products and installation if required.
You sign a contract agreeing to all elements and make payment for the products.

We detail

Provide technical drawings including detailed plans and elevations to support the installation process by either your own installer or ours.
Agree the delivery date to site and order and store all products for your project until required on site.
We meet the installer to discuss every aspect of the design.

We manage

If you live in Sussex, Surrey or Kent, we can oversee the installation of your bathroom project.
Site visit on first day of works with the installer at your home to handover the designs, products and technical specifications on site.
Available by email or phone for any questions which may arise.
Final meeting at your home to sign off the works on completion of your project.*
You enjoy your beautiful new bathroom.

We are available for questions by email or phone at any time.
Installation is guaranteed by our installers for 2 years.*
Products are guaranteed for up to a lifetime and we personally help with warranty claims if required.

  TBBC did some work for us over summer & we now have 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom that we absolutely love. Helen was very easy to work with, very friendly & attentive to our ideas as well as solving any issues in design and layout, such as ensuring adequate ventilation in a very cold en-suite, removing the previous unsightly pipe block ins & angling a loo on the diagonal to make the most of available space. Helen has a sound knowledge of the products available so choosing tiling & colours was so easy. All we had to do was give brief idea of what we needed re sink units, loos, cabinets & she selected perfectly. The work was done within projected time with courteous friendly workmen. Any issues - such as over enthusiastic loo flush were solved. I would recommend them to anyone.

The whole experience from the initial telephone conversation to installation completion, was excellent.

We presented The Brighton Bathroom Company with some ideas of our own, which they retained and evolved into a fabulous design, meeting and sometimes exceeding, all of our requirements. Attention to detail and customer service was excellent throughout, even with the inevitable challenges that arose. From our initial meeting with Helen, her knowledge and experience was clearly evident as where other suppliers had laughed at our idea, her positivity and skills to create our vision were incredible.  The whole process was so exciting , from making our mood board to seeing the final plans presented.   From start to finish, Helen and Chelsea managed the whole project and we didn't have to worry about anything.  The products sourced by the team are of an incredibly high standard and are staggeringly beautiful.   We cannot recommend TBBC highly enough.  From the immaculate showroom to the warm and friendly manager Helen, the efficient Chelsea, and the excellent fitter Matt, everything is effortless.  Helen asked thoughtful questions about how we use our bathroom (double showers please) and used our pinterest inspiration board to develop a truly creative bathroom design that hit all our asks and exceeded our expectations. Matt fitted the bathroom in exactly the amount of time he said it would take, despite a couple of unexpected issues like extra chunky joists in the floor just where pipes needed to go.  We’ve had a lot of work done on our house over the last 20 years and this was easily the most professional and least stressful experience of them all.

  The Brighton Bathroom Company (TBBC) provided a design and project management service for refurbishment of my bathroom, converting it from bathroom to shower room.
I cannot praise their services too highly. Helen Hunt the designer listened to my objectives and ideas, provided experienced advice and a final design that is both highly functional and visually stunning.
All the products that they recommended are of an exceptionally high quality.
Danny Curd who TBBC recommended to lead the installation was excellent, highly professional and calm throughout the whole process and again I cannot praise him too highly. All the professional tradesmen that Danny engaged also worked a high standard and I was very happy to have them in my home.
As would be expected with such as project there were some minor modifications required once the installation work was completed and both Danny and TBBC  responded promptly and efficiently to carry these out.
