The design process
The design process usually begins at our design studio in Mid-Sussex, where you may like to take inspiration from our showroom, however we are also more than happy to see you at your home if you prefer. Our award-winning designers will go through all of your ideas and practical needs with you to make sure they understand your brief and come up with an innovative bespoke design that is uniquely tailored to you.
We’ll need to visit your home to carry out a detailed technical survey, which we will use along with your brief to create your unique, draft bathroom design. You’ll then be invited to our studio where we will share with you a presentation of the CAD design. We know you’ll be delighted with our work, but if you’re not 100% happy with the design, we’ll tweak it until you are.
Once you are completely happy with the design, we’ll arrange for the next stage of the project to begin as part of our fully managed installation service. Alternatively, we can pass on the design specifications to your own builder or bathroom installer.

Come and see us at our Mid-Sussex design studio. We are open 8.30am-5.30pm Monday – Saturday. Expect a warm welcome and a decent coffee, latte or espresso, from our coffee bar when you arrive.
